This is maintenance, not repair. We're sealing the small stuff before the rain gets to it. If your roof is already leaking, call anyway. That's a different visit and we'll talk you through it.
Why we're doing this now?
All summer the sun baked your roof. That dries out the seal around every pipe and vent. You'll never see it from the ground, and your roof will still handle a ten minute shower just fine.
NOAA says El Niño is back and expects a wetter winter than normal for Southern California.
A storm that rains all day and all night is a different test. That's the storm that finds the crack.

I live in this county. My dad and I have been on roofs here a long time. A lot of these houses belong to people we know.
Here's the thing about a cracked seal. Today it's small costs for a bit of mastic and 45 minutes of my time. In February it's a wet ceiling, soaked insulation, and a bill in the thousands.
